“Leadership is a series of behaviors rather than a role for heroes.”
-Margaret Wheatley, EdD
How well do you know yourself? What motivates you? What are your values? Can you name your emotions and their impact on you, other people, and your job performance? This module guides leaders to identify the gaps and most effective areas in their people management skills.
This module explores leadership theories and the most commonly observed styles. Participants walk away with a deeper understanding of their leadership styles and effective strategies they can immediately apply.
This module breaks down the many dimensions of diversity and aspects of social identity through the 4-layer personality, internal, external, and organizational model. This complexity of diversity resides in each of us and is foundational to our understanding of self and others in our transformational leadership journeys.
Increase your cultural awareness and competence to recognize threats to the individual experiences of colleagues, trainees, and patients in the management context of your team and organization.
Culture is the tacit social order of teams and, ultimately, organizations. Through this module, we deeply dive into your team's culture and define encouraged/discouraged norms toward a shared purpose.
Let's bridge the gaps in healthcare provision by expanding your ability to recognize disparities in healthcare and advocate for shifts in delivery at the individual, community, and population levels.
